Wood Fence Repair
I hired Billy because he came over right away and was very eager to work. He agreed to do fix my fence Monday at 8 am. He texted around 7 am to say he could not start until the afternoon. He arrived at 1pm. The job was to replace 5 fence posts for $800. Halfway through the job he said it was harder than he expected and wanted $1000. That is what I paid $1000.

Billy came out to give me a estimate on replacing polybutelene piping in my crawlspace. Although it was expensive for me, I felt he gave me a reasonable estimate, in addition he was able to do the work on the same day. He even took care of a few other plumbing issues I had. He was professional, efficient, and did a great job. I would hire him again. :-)

Billy contacted me immediately (before I was finished on Home Advisor) with a estimated of probable cost based on my brief description of the fence repair needed. He then came out right away and confirmed his price. He came out when scheduled and completed the repair in about 6 hours (not 2-3 days the others wanted). He is a hard worker and does very good work at a reasonable cost. I have a minor issue I discussed with him and I'm sure he'll take care of it as he said. Highly recommended!

Central A/C Service or Repair
The tech was several hours late and did not answer his phone because ?it was broken.? The tech gave a quote and then changed the price after the service was completed. He had to be asked several times for an invoice. When he finally sent one it was not itemized and very generic. Again an invoice was requested and he proceeded to get into an argument with me about providing it like he said he would at the time of call. He was unprofessional in his communication to include sending a very personal text which was clearly meant for his significant other whom he was clearly fighting with. I would not hire this company again.
