Jonathan, the technician, arrived on time, was knowledgeable, professional, very courteous, did a great job and completed the work in the timeframe promised.

Our tech was nice and friendly. The whole process was seamless from scheduling to having the work completed. The tech called that morning, confirmed the job, and confirmed expected time he would be there. When the tech came he explained everything we wanted done, the cost, and the expected time to complete. The service was great. I would recommend to a friend.

Everything was done right. It was a job with a stackable washer and dryer in a closet that had to be cleaned from a vent on the roof. The technician was professional and courteous. He showed us the lint he removed. We will use them again and definitely recommend them.

Ikey and Kevin did an outstanding job cleaning our dryer vent. It was full of lint, having not been cleaned for a couple of years, creating a fire hazard of which I was not aware. Ikey also identified that the vent had not been properly installed when Lowes connected my new dryer a couple of years ago, which resulted in so much dust in my laundry room and elsewhere. He expertly connected the vent and did an outstanding job! I am very grateful and would highly recommend his services. The company was easy to deal with for scheduling and very professional with their follow up.

The tech, Eddy, was on time, thorough, professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly to top it off. I always do pre-research before contractors come in and ask lots of questions while they're here. This gives me a sense of their knowledge and transparency. It was a really good experience for me as a home owner. He took before and after pics (boy did i need my vents cleaned, and the after pics showed a job well done). He also cleaned my dryer vent and replaced my UV light in my furnace. I will definitely use this company again when its time to repeat these services. I was quoted a special discounted rate of $199 for a cleaning via phone. The bill ended up being 3x that amount. Had I known that was the price I would not have chosen this company as another company quoted lower for the service.

This is the second time using them. They do a thorough job and the vents are left cleaner than they were with visible evidence. Will definitely call on them again.
