I recently used this company to clean the air ducts in my home, and they did a fantastic job. The technicians arrived right on time, explained the process clearly, and were extremely respectful of my space. They worked efficiently and left absolutely no mess behind. I can already tell a difference in the indoor air quality. I would definitely hire them again and highly recommend their services!

The tech, Eddy, was on time, thorough, professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly to top it off. I always do pre-research before contractors come in and ask lots of questions while they're here. This gives me a sense of their knowledge and transparency. It was a really good experience for me as a home owner. He took before and after pics (boy did i need my vents cleaned, and the after pics showed a job well done). He also cleaned my dryer vent and replaced my UV light in my furnace. I will definitely use this company again when its time to repeat these services. I was quoted a special discounted rate of $199 for a cleaning via phone. The bill ended up being 3x that amount. Had I known that was the price I would not have chosen this company as another company quoted lower for the service.

This is the second time using them. They do a thorough job and the vents are left cleaner than they were with visible evidence. Will definitely call on them again.

Customer service was great. Aaron set up the appointment and updated me on Dan’s arrival time. Dan was polite and professional. He answered my questions and gave me a better understanding of the work being done. Dan placed a vacuum hose and a brush in the vents. I was shocked hearing the amount of dirt traveling through the hose. I was more shocked seeing the amount of debris on the filter (furnace) once he finished. We recently had drywall work done and are very pleased with the results of the air duct cleaning.

Ikey T was the supervisory technician who was sent out for my initial appointment to evaluate and clean my dryer vent. My home is 40 years old. He found lint all over the floor behind and underneath the dryer, which was a fire hazard. The pipe that attaches the dryer vent to the wall was broken. He replaced the broken pipe and cleaned the vents. He was professional, expert, and a pleasure to deal with. One of the best 'new customer' experiences I've ever had. Thank you!

Two weeks ago we hired Elite Home Services to clean our dryer vent. The technician, Dan, discovered a pretty major problem: Our dryer vent had a gap before it exited the house, so dryer lint was blowing into the area above the first-floor ceiling. The company sent the lead technician, Ikey T., to rejoin our dryer venting. Ikey discovered that our vent line actually had two gaps (!!) and parts of our bedroom ceiling would need to be opened. Before we could get too discouraged, he showed us pictures he had taken of our problem and pictures of other similar lines that he had repaired. It was easy to trust him, and we're very glad we did. Ikey is professional, knowledgeable, and extremely skilled. He kept the work area neat and dust to a minimum, and by the time he was finished fixing the drywall and painting the areas that had been opened, we couldn't tell that anything had been done. The ceiling was perfect, the vent line was repaired, and we no longer had a fire hazard. Thanks, Ikey!
