Shawn, Was very professional and he loves what he does I would recommend him highly to others

We searched for a company that could repair our Sonance Home theater system as well as tire in additional sound equipment throughout the house. Shawn and Elite Home Theater discussed the current status with us prior to coming to the house to make me feel comfortable that he understood or wants. When he surveyed the system he gave us a detailed list of where he could repair and our options for replacement of bad equipment. He gave us a few options for tiered upgrades and included the installation of additional outdoor sound equipment. He also mounted and connected several wall Mount TVs and configured the system to run from our phones out a single remote. I canâ t say enough good things about his service

I have hired Elite Home Theaters 4-5 times and have never been less that perfectly happy with the work performed. Shawn installed my home theater when we moved here in 2014, made certain suggestions, rescued us from a defective mounting bracket that I had ordered separately and asked us what we wanted from the sound system and then adjusted the plan to meet it. Shawn also installed our TV and sound system for the pool area as well. Most recently Shawn upgraded the speakers for the theater and the speakers he suggested and installed sound amazing. Always shows up when promised, does top notch work, and is a pleasure to deal with. If Shawn makes suggestions, seriously consider them as he knows his craft. Worth every penny.

Always nice and does great job

Mr. Shawn is a very unreliable person who does not follow through on his shoddy work. He charged us $600 to set up a remote system for our entertainment device. The remote stopped working within a month . We called him and he would.not reply . After multiple attempts he stated that he would charge a hefty amount to come again to correct his own shoddy job. Do not hire him if you have any respect for your time, sanity and your hard earned money.

Shawn is very knowledgeable about home entertainment systems. He advised me on the best deals out there in terms of equipment available. Basically helping me to save money. He and his time arrived on time and completed the work quickly and to the spec we were expecting. I would use Elite Home Theater again and would recommend them to others.

Sean and his team are professional, reliable, and knowledgeable. They conduct themselves with integrity and obviously have a passion for their work. Sean is very easy to reach and very quick to return calls if he is away from the phone briefly. Project decisions were easy: Sean presented several options and explained the pros and cons of each. The costs were reasonable and transparent. As a medical professional, referrals and recommendations are a serious matter for me. I recommend Elite Home Theater without qualification or reservation.

This job was an intercom replacement system. The owner gave me a quote range over the phone. The work was completed the next day timely and came in at the low end of the quote. Very knowledgeable.

He did not try to up sell me in expensive products and recommended what I need to buy myself so he can come back and install at an hourly rate. Very fair and pleasant to work with. Honest and nice.

Could not be more happier, others can't beat his expertise. He is so knowledgeable, he knows his stuff.

He came in to set up some WIFI transmitted headphones from my TV. First he suggested exactly what to buy & I got those through Amazon & he walked me through how to set it up by a phone call for no cost, they worked intermittently, then he came out & found that the transmitter was sometimes working & over several days troubleshooted with the problem and after all that it was a steal.
