I worked with Andrew on a house that I was looking at buying. He was very professional. He even understood that I had to reschedule several times because of the seller being un-cooperative. The inspector arrived early to look at the grounds before I got there. He even found minor problems with the house that I would never even had realized. We received the inspection report within 2 hours of him leaving the house. The price of the inspection was very reasonable for the area that we are looking into.

Andrew understood what we wanted to achieve with the home inspection we requested. He arrived at the appointment on-time and was proficient in all aspects of the home inspection process.
