He is reasonable and very reliable and conscientious.

Elite is very responsive and concerned that the customer is satisfied. They will come back between scheduled visits if called and will always call to schedule a visit to make sure that you are ready and pets are safely protected from their applications.

I found Raymond (owner) to be extremely professional, personable, & highly qualified. I could personally reach him at our times of need. I highly recommend him, & know he is knowledgeable in this area of animal control. He was able to solve a difficult problem, & he prevailed until it was solved. Total quality & performance is rare, but found here.

I was looking for insect as well as rodent control. Raymond showed up right on time. He did an inspection of the home and property. We sat down and he explained everything and is knowledgeable about his business. We devised a plan for treatment. The prices were reasonable and better than other over the phone quotes I was given without them even seeing the problems. Raymond proceeded to give the first treatment. He was very thorough. Cleaning all the spider webs around the entire house and then a thorough spraying. He will return today with the rodent traps. I would recommend this business.

Very nice & courteous! My Dad said he did a nice job & did more than he expected he would. Very happy with the service!

I just hired them today to take care of a rodent problem in my attic. The inspector worked hard to block all entry points and place traps in the attic. Still too early to know if the rodents won't enter again or if any still in the attic will be trapped but the inspector will be coming back several times to check the traps over the next couple of weeks and his work is guaranteed for a year so I feel certain the problem will be taken care of.

The tech came on time, explained the problem and set the goals for service.

Great customer service and value. Raymond came the morning I called and removed the rats and their nest. Cleaned up the area and rebaited just in case. Also, inspected my roof & attic, plus he inspected my Mother's house next door (free of charge). All this for a very low service call charge. Other companies quoted outrageous prices. I am very pleased and relieved that I chose Raymond.

He's honest. Real good worker.
