Dan Drotts and his crew did a very good job.

Got a call from Dan Drotts to come and check out the work I needed done. We created a good plan to accomplish my goal. He came back as decided and started the project (demolish cabinets included an exhaust hood). Next step was to remove soffit and install ductwork and new exhaust hood. This is when he became unresponsive to emails, calls, texts. He passed my info to someone else who did come out and look at what needed to be done, suggested what exhaust hood to buy, and said he would talk to the team to coordinate and complete the project. Did not hear from anyone for over a month. Called and they both were dismissive and eventually just stopped all communication with me. Now i'm left with exposed ceiling, an uninstalled exhaust hood which I've already paid for and is just sitting in my garage and I can't get a call back to finish what they started. I even said to them "let me know if you cannot do this and I will reach out to others" and still no response. Super unprofessional and disappointing.

Dan Drotts, and his team were very professional from start to finish of our remodel of our bathroom. I expected this remodel to take longer, but they made it possible for us to use our shower the first day. The completed job was very high quality, and we were very pleased with their work. We will highly recommend them to others. They do an extremely EXCELLENT job, and are easy to work with. They were clean, and respectful of our home. Everything Dan and his team promised were delivered in his proposal. Thank you for a job well done!

Several different contractors did parts of the project. Everyone was very professional and did a very high quality job. When they said they would be here, they were. All were very careful of our home so as not to do any damage to flooring or walls. We are very happy with the service provided.

I enlarged my bathroom and Elite Installers moved a wall, added new plumbing, tiled the shower and added a pocket door. The workmanship was EXCELLANT. They were very professional. And I would use them again. Thank you!

We were impressed by Elite Installers NW from the moment we first meet the owner, Dan Drotts. He had a proposal to us within 3 days of that first visit along with a sample of the cabinets and a preliminary layout. After looking at other options, we started process with Elite on 2/22/16, when we ordered our cabinets and countertop. Demo started on 3/09 and everything was completed on 3/17. Everyone involved in the remodel; Chuck, Alfredo, Sam (Brother) and Poco were wonderful to work with. They were professional at all times and some of the nicest people I have ever meet. Do not hesitate to hire Elite Installers.

We had Elite Installers remodel and add an addition to the kitchen/ dining nook to attain more cabinetry space and give us a more functional layout. First I must say this project had to have changes made from our original plans drawn up by an architect prior to hiring Elite. This change of plan as suggested by the sales agent/ cost estimator for Elite saved us thousands over the original kitchen remodel layout due to less plumbing being relocated. That was a relief to our budgetary constraints and gave us the ability to afford a bit more cabinetry. The downside of the change was it caused too big of a change to the architects original plans and the permit process came to a halt when the weather was still good. By the time we got the green light to progress eight months had passed since we first had met with the architect in the hopes of getting the addition done in the summer months. This was not the way we foresaw things going but Elite Installers could not be faulted as we had not hired them until mid to late August. So to make a long story short the nice weather window was gone by the time they were able to break ground on the project. The excavation of our concrete patio and construction of the foundation for the new addition went slowly due to adverse weather conditions limiting when it could occur. Once we got past the monsoons of late October and early November the foundation work progressed to completion. The framing, roofing, electrical work all progressed through the holidays and as the year ended we got to the point where windows, insulation, and sheetrock closed in the addition so our faux plastic sheet with a zipper keeping the cold out could be removed. After the first week of the new year things really started to happen fast with the demolition of the existing kitchen and installation of new cabinetry all completed in around two weeks. This project was a long time from the planning stage to get us to completion almost a year later, but the quality of the work, the people we interacted with, and the way the kitchen looks now really made the process worth the wait!

These guys were awesome. I really had no idea what I wanted, only that the kitchen as it was, was not working for us. Their rep came in and help me visualize what we wanted. They took us from no concept to finalized kitchen. Elite Installers NW made a huge effort to fit our project in before the year came to an end. All told they started the work and completed it within 10 business days. Each worker that came into our home was courteous and at the end of each day they cleaned up as best they could. I'm now getting them to replace my chimney and when it is time to remodel our bathroom, these are the folks I'll be calling.

This was my first major work I've had done on my house so keep that in mind with my review. I had Elite Installers install a new bathroom in my basement where there currently was nothing. This required all new plumbing, ventilation, excavation, etc. A lot of work. The day they started we noticed a leak coming in from the siding. Turns out I had to get that replaced as well. I bid out the siding project as well to them and a few others. They were able to beat the other bids and get started on that project right away with a separate crew so that there would be no time wasted on the bathroom. Throughout the whole thing I was able to contact the owner, Dan, and the guys assigned to my job with any questions or concerns I had. The end result was even better than I had imagined! It's exactly what I wanted and more. My only slight gripe was a few times when the plumbers would show up earlier than I expected. I didn't know they were coming so early and shutting off the water when I wasn't ready for work yet! So maybe a little better communication on when some contractors would be coming in would have been nice, but it only happened a few times. Again this is my first major home project so I'm not sure if I'm supposed to know every day at what time someone will be there. Normally it was around 9am but a few times as early as 8 which would have been good to know ahead of time. Overall I will be contacting them again for future work. I like that they were able to take on the siding project as well. While they weren't the cheapest option I took comfort in their reputation and professionalism. They're very dependable and do high quality work.

Marty, their installer was very diligent and stuck with the project until completed. The quality of workmanship was very good. He installed a new floor and floor covering in one room and a tub surround in another. I am very pleased with the outcome. No buyers remorse here.

We had Elite Installers give us a bid on a complete remodel of our kitchen, The bid they gave us was well within our budget and gave us the kitchen we wanted. They always answered our phone calls and were very professional and customer focused. They stared the job on time and completed ahead of schedule. The finished project not only met our expectations but exceeded them. The quality of the work and finished product was 2nd to none. Our friends and family were impressed with the quality and finish work and how fast they completed it. Any future remodel or home improvements we will go to them because we know we will get excellent value and quality workmanship for our money.
