They painted the exterior of my home. It turned out great. Weather was dicey at times, but it all eventually worked out. Jaime was great checking in with me. Did what they said they would do and no surprise costs. Will plan to have them bid agin in the future for other painting needs. Would recommend to family.

Great response to all requests made. Willing to adapt last minute. My house looks great! Very pleased with the value for the money. I will have to clean a bit due to plaster or putty dust or something similar on most of the floors and some mild paint spatters on hardware, which is often the case with paint jobs, I would think, but otherwise, a pretty perfect job!

Better cleaning up afterwards could be improved

Jaime and Laura are very nice people and easy to work with. I was worried about choosing the right colors for our home, so Laura offered to come to my house and go through the paint deck with me - so helpful! Jaime did a great job and our house looks amazing. He also did our front door and shutters; it feels like we are in a brand new house! Jaime was on time, professional, and cleaned everything up nicely. I will definitely call them again for more projects.

Jaime did an excellent job with the painting of the morning room and the second story coffered ceiling. I was so impressed with the quality and workmanship that I had him provide a quote for staining our deck. That job was recently completed and it looks fantastic!! Elite Decorative Services have exceeded my expectations. They returned calls, showed up on time and most importantly did an excellent job painting our bathroom walls and trim. Why did I have to ask that they clean off the paint that they got on windows? Of all people, a painter should know that Paint does not belong on glass. They should have known it needed to be cleaned off without having to be asked. That is basic! Jimmy didn���t like it last week when I pointed out 2 windows in the basement where the paint was all cracked and they just painted over it. He said it is metal and they don���t usually paint metal. Well then they shouldn���t have painted the majority of those windows to begin with and then left those areas that I pointed out unpainted! He sanded part of it and then repainted but still not a great job. On their invoice of $625 they listed "Extra-Inside kitchen cabinets-$250". Yet Britt and I both remember Laura, Jimmy, Britt and I standing in the kitchen and Britt showing Jimmy a couple of places of mold inside a couple of the cabinets (on the oven side of the kitchen) and Jimmy said it would be no problem, that he could cover it and then paint it. Yet he told me last week that he didn���t know they were supposed to paint the inside of the kitchen cabinets so it would be more charge. When I told Britt about this he got so mad! Said the same thing about the carport ceiling but I remember the 4 of us then going outside, Laura and I were sitting on the rock wall in front of the azaleas, and I said I did not want it painted a light blue like so many ceilings on porches in the South are painted. We even talked about why they are painted light blue and the fact it is called ���haint blue���, to keep the haints/ghosts out! Again, when I told Britt about this he got so mad! Britt told Jimmy he had removed as many of the storm windows as he could reach. Jimmy told him he would take the rest down. Didn���t say he was going to charge us $100 to do that! They listed ���Extra-Big closet in back of little closet-paint 1 coat primer coats finish paint. $125". This was showed to them and would have been in the original quote the day we were all there together! Mike and I worked over there all day Saturday (May 30) and when we went over there yesterday (Sunday, 31st) to water the new sod/grass I went inside of house. All of this is NEW: chunk of paint has been knocked off door facing right below the lock, new paint on kitchen floor in several places, new ���blob��� of one of the darker colors at bottom of right door-facing as go into dining room. There are 54 panes of glass just in the windows in the house (not counting the glass in the cabinets in dining room) and half of those are NOW scratched up where they tried to remove the paint they got on them! They left the razor they had been using on the window sill in the back room (right before you get to the big closet) and didn���t even finish 2 of the panes of glass right where that razor was laying! Where they took up the old carpet on the stairs there are several places where big pieces of the wood was torn off. Now we���ve got to buy filler and fix those places.

I have already recommended Jamie to 2 friends of mine and I will call on him again to do other work.

The project was fairly priced (which in included painting and wood replacement), timely scheduled, and completed in an appropriate time. The results definitely show the craftsmanship and attention to detail that was exhibited.

From our first contact with Elite to the completion of the job, they were professional, responsive, on time, job completed in time, fairly priced, and the results were excellent. Will recommend them to others and use them again.
