I live in North Carolina and my mother in laws yard needed to be mowed. I called Elite due to the positive reviews and because they are a veteran owned company. She and her husband, a veteran , have lived in their home in San Angelo for many years. He has been at a physical rehab facility for weeks following his surgery and my mother in law is overwhelmed. I called a few days ago and talked to David and told them what service she needed and her address. Elite was scheduled to go to her house on March 30, 2026 at 3 pm. She has had some mental confusion so I made sure she took notes. I called her a couple times earlier that day to make sure she would be home. I talked to her that evening and she told me they never showed up. I text them that night to find out why they didn?t show up. They did not respond. I left a message the next day. during working hours and they never responded. I have no idea why they missed the appointment and my effort to reach them was not successful.

Veteran owned business. Excellent customer service and happy with the result.

I have been using Elite lawn care for over 10 years, from monthly yard maintenance to rock beds, sidewalks, steps and replacing my deck. Mr. Hildebrand is always punctual and courteous and is very knowledgeable of his services. I would highly recommend yes services.

This review is not nearly enough to cover all the things he helped me out with over the last few weeks.

I asked for the clippings to be bagged so they are not tracked into the house by the dog or from peoples shoes. It seems that there were clippings all over the back yard. Also, I assumed that clippings would be removed from the patio, the driveway, and the walkway, as was always done by the previous lawn maintenance companies.
