Got home from work at 3pm, found outside unit fan not running. Did some diy tests and realized I needed a pro. Called these guys and Ed said he had to run a service call and then come over. He showed up and a half hour later he had the unit up and running with cool air coming threw the vents. Highly recommend this company. Very professional,courteous service with a decent rate for it being a later call. Thank you Ed.

Eddie s price did not empty my pocket, he was able to arrive quickly after being contacted about the broken air conditioner, and he was pleasant to deal with. He was also very honest about what needed to be repaired rather then trying to fix more then what needed to be like other companies I ve dealt with. I will hire him again.

Unlike other HVAC pros, he did not use scare tactics to make me spend more and his rates were significantly less as well.

Elite AC tech called first thing in the morning and came to my house within 15 minutes after talking to him on the phone. I have to say he was honest with the repair and didn't try to sell me on replacing the AC unit. He fixed the AC in 10 minutes for a reasonable price.I was very happy with the service provided and I would highly recommend this company.

I am a homeowner in Baltimore and had my AC replaced by Elite Mechanical Services last year. Shortly after it was replaced it began having issues and Ed, who runs Elite Mechanical Services, completely ignored all contact from me to repair it. I was forced to go to get a different company to do the repairs, although all repairs within 1 year are technically covered by the "insurance" policy provided by Ed. Now, my AC is again having an issue (all of this with a brand new AC unit!), and Ed is again nowhere to be found. He will simply ignore your texts and calls and make a up a variety of excuses for why he does not show up for appointments. He is unprofessional and unreliable. Buyer beware.

Service was prompt and courteous - Ed could have upsold us, but pointed out services and things that we didn't need. We've already recommended his company to our neighbors!

Ed was personable, knowledgable, and efficient. And above all came same day, or same hour for that matter. We highly recommend.

The call back was very fast. The guy name is Ed Sullivan who contacted me. He is in my neighborhood area and responed to my emergency very quickly. hi;our a/c was not working properly late Saturday evening,Sunday mourning I posted my a/c problem on home Advisor and with-in about 15 minutes elite mechanical called,that he would be at my location at 10:00 am, they were on time.

Extremely prompt reply from elite mechanical! He came to my home the same night as I called, since I lived close to him, and it was definitely past business hours! Identified the problem promptly, discussed price, and came back the next morning at 8am to begin the work. Showed up on time, communicated well, answered my questions without any annoyance, was respectful, and my AC is cold again. Great company to work with - very happy!
