Although Yahya was delayed with a flat tire-and the delay irritated me-he was thorough fixing the dryer and has done an excellent job so far. The price of the exhaust hose however was too much for me. I have asked for a refund but would use him again. Thank you.

Yahya was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! We had a Christmas event to attend and our oven stopped working. I called Elite and saw the 5 Star reviews. I was pressed for time with Christmas baking needing to get done. Elite worked their magic and was able to get the part delivered and installed. Well done Yahya! Your team rocks! This was my first time using Elite but it will not be the last. I highly recommend and encourage you to call Elite. You will be happy that you did! 💪🏼

Elite Mechanical came the same day as requested. The service man was very nice and professional. Unfortunately they need to order a part... can't wait to have my oven back!
Update: Mr. Najib got the parts and returned as quickly as he could. He arrived when scheduled, and promptly fixed my oven in time for my holiday baking. Thank you so much!
