Do not pay cash and be sure to check the quote and final bill carefully. I had an accident during the move (not their fault) but when I wasn't there they gave my wife a bill higher than the estimate by $378. My wife had to scramble for cash because it was more than I had set aside for the payment. They broke some items and never repaired or paid to replace them. It was later explained that it was because the email on the business card was not active. Fortunately I put the small deposit on a credit card and the bank was able to give me that back. I warned them about moving out a piano, and they did not bring the necessary tools. Fortunately we had some that they could use. They left behind a bag of screws for the master bed and just assembled the bed without them. Fortunately my wife found them and a friend was able to get it assembled properly, The only reason that they did not get a lower rating is that they did appear on time and were fairly efficient. If you use them put it on a credit card and make sure that you have a copy of the quote with you.

"Jonathan we had given you the cash discount. After we had loaded your items and drove to the new home we specifically had to move a number of large furniture items up from the basement. Adding around an hour all together. With your accident adding another delay. I do apologize about the circumstances but in no way did we not fallow through on our end with the discount. Had it not been for those circumstances we had been done within the estimate. We went over by 1.25 hours. In 11.25 hours we managed to move 2 full trucks successfully with extra stuff once we got to the destination. As well as added things that weren?t on the original estimate."

We hired Elite Moving to pick up two new recliners at a furniture store in north Denver. They were prompt in arriving at the store and handled everything with care. They were also very polite and had a can-do attitude.
