They were a little over priced and when they came out on the weekend it was another upcharge. It was not the best customer service; also had to call him out to fix something that should have been checked prior to leaving.

The repair person not only did excellent work, but he also gave me several tips to prevent future problems. Our doors are work much better because of his labor.

great service, just late to the appointment

Elite were at my house for 5 min. The problem was identified immediately and yet I was charged $98. A high price for very little actual work. It was not an emergency call since I informed their dispatcher that I could wait 'til Monday. The men were pleasant, but still the price a little stiff for a 5 minute stop.

Arrived in the window in which they said they would and kept me updated about their arrival, which is good. I did have one broken garage door spring, but was told I need two new springs, and 10 rollers needed to be replaced, and something else needed to be replaced, so not having any knowledge about garage door repair, I let them go ahead, so the project turned out a whole lot more expensive than I had initially anticipated. I just hope they were not ripping me off. I trusted them. Nice guys, just ended up very expensive.

Robert came at appointment time on time... reviewed problem, told me solution and price of work to complete the task prior to starting.... was very efficient in getting work done and did not leave any mess. Would recommend and will call again if ever need any other similar repairs on second door( not used enough presently to repair ahead of potential problems). Robert is terrific at customer service!

They responded to my request immediately, and found the problems. They ordered new parts and came back to install them as promised.

I loved that I could set up the appointment online. They immediately followed up w/ a phone call, then another one the day before the appointment and 20 minutes before they were due to arrive. Austin & Joseph were extremely professional. Austin immediately knew what the problem was and how to fix it. We also took him up on his excellent suggestion to swap out our metal wheels with plastic due to the fact we're located on the water. Outstanding service and experience overall.

Estimate was $650 to replace both garage motors and final charge was $200 more due to "modifications."

Filled out Home Advisor and when I was finished my phone rang. It was Elite . They came same day and installed new system. Austin did a great job. Very happy

Though not inexpensive, they provide excellent, professional service at a fair price. It was refreshing to have a repair service that actually arrives on time and provides a full explanation of what needed to be done.

Elite Overhead Garage Doors were excellent. They were fast, efficient and professional. I needed someone to come out in the morning and they were there within 30 minutes. The service man explained what was wrong, what needed to be done to fix the problem and the cost. The job was completed in under two hours. I would highly recommend them. Thank you Elite!!!

Very timely, knowlageble, prompt and easy to work with. Installation cost was fair and better than others. Cost for roller replacement was not inexpensive. The job was completed under 2 hours. I recommend Josh. I also appreciated the fact that he gives back to his community by nelping Habitat for Humanity.
