Elite Paving Masonry

Had my driveway redone since it was falling apart. Long story short, the work performed was good. As a matter of fact, I even gave a referral to my neighbor who also had the work done. Then I started to notice that the apron (beginning of the driveway) had a high pitch and the bottom of my full size SUV is scraping it coming in and out. Called to share my concern with John, who is my point-of-contact there. He assured me that he would stop by the following week to assess it. That was the beginning of summer back in June. I have not even received a phone call back and can not help, but feel slighted given the positive referral I had given for the good work. There are plenty of companies that do good work out there and I do not think my request was unreasonable. I even said if this will require some extra asphalt or whatever the case, I was open to paying extra within reason. No call back leaves me with so many implications with none being positive.

I have major problems with the paving job done by Elite. I need the entire paving removed and my money back. Materials are defective, workmanship was poor and customer service is abysmal. For a year, they promised to come out and never happens. Do not use this firm or you will regret it. Wish I would have known their only address is a PO box. There is no physical address and no one ever responds to phone calls or texts after they have your money.

Did what they said they would do.
