Very responsive (same day). Work was high quality. Rob was very knowledgeable; he provided explanations and options for other issues in addition to quickly resolving the one he came to fix. But there was no high pressure sales tactics. I will definitely use Elite Plumbing again. And I highly recommend them.

I asked for a refund on the kitchen sink because he left it leaking. He refused to refund me and called me. He yelled at me and called me a trailer smut and threatened me, telling me he had a lawyer. I only wanted the $125. The total cost of the work was $730. I had to hire another company to do it right.

I would totally recommend Rob. Had a company that was well known and charged me 365.00 just to tell me my issue is outside and they do not do that and that eventually will need to replace a pipe in my crawl but itâ s not leaking yet . Hired Rob to check that out it was not outside and it was the pipe in the crawl and my toilet. He explained everything and even took pictures since it was the crawl so I could see the issue. Prices are good and will for sure give him a call for my next issue. Thanks Rob!!!!!

Gas Piping
Columbia gas shut my gas off I called Rob at elite plumbing he came right out to fix the problem called Columbia gas. And weird for them to come out and turn my gas back on Could not ask for a better plumber highly recommend him and his company
