Bill (owner) and his son repaired my leaking faucet. Most of the time, Bill was in his truck instructing his son via phone on what to do. He did come inside later when they had to go into the wall. Maybe he stayed outside bc he had his granddaughter w/him &/or bc my stairs were a bit much for him ?? There were a few challenges, but they got it done.

"This customer was given a service fee price before we even initiated the service. The service was given after hours, and I had to wait for the customer to arrive from work. The customer was very aware of my price and if she was uncomfortable with it, I feel like she should have let me know. My point here is she said ok come on that sounds great . I even reduced the invoice by $ 20 because we resolved the issue quickly. Thx Bill"

Bill and his son were great. Very prompt service. Advised me on what they were going to do to repair the shower knobs to stop leak. Also gave me the name of other pros who could help me with other projects around my house. I would recommend them to anyone!!!

I'm a VERY happy Elite Plumbing customer! When my water heater went out they were able to come out to the house the same day and replace and a competitive price! The crew was super professional and unlike other contractors I've used, they took the time to show me what exactly what they did and explained how to care for the new water heater....they even cleaned up the mess! :) THANK YOU ELITE PLUMBERS!!!
