Sewer Main Install, Replace or Repair
Deliberately misdiagnosed work, created a damage that had to be repaired, and left my yard in a total mess. Left sewer clean out open. I would recommend if you want professional honest work this is not the guy to hire. I paid him because I thought I had sewer link and trusted his professional review of the perceived problem but after digging up my yard unnecessarily and damaging the sewer line even his helper admitted order generated by the standing water was not from the sewer.

Over charged. Took several days after install to come back and put into service. Would not rehire.

"No work is done until a price is agreed upon. There was no issue with the price at that time. As for the delay, there was an issue regarding the installation that we had no control over. This was regarding the ventilation needed in the roof and that is not something that we are able to perform as we are not licensed for that."

Water Heater - Repair or Service
Matt and his crew were very efficient and worked diligently to drain the old hot water heater, remove it from the attic, and take it away for disposal. Upon discovering the new hot water heater would not pass through the opening into the attic, they simply loaded it up and purchased on that would fit. Then they installed the new unit, drained the lines of air before turning it on. They were personable, knew what they were doing, had all the equipment necessary to complete the project. I would definitely use their services again.
