I wish I had read reviews BEFORE calling. Needed a new water heater. He took 3-4 hours to get a new water heater. The first one was was too tall. During the install, water filled my floor. He asked me to turn on all faucets in the house and he turned on the hose bib, which he forgot to turn off later. I did not discover this until next morning. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Don?t bother using this company they?re a bunch of con men and have ridiculous fees. Never completed work

The toilet became plugged while friends were using our condo in Florida. Call Elite Plumbing Team and they advised the charge to arrive was $180 but that would be applied to the repair. They used a ?plumbers snake? and the clog cleared in about 25 minutes. They charged $600. Their total time (including time to arrive at the condo) was probably about an hour. The job got done fine, but $600 per hour is hugely excessive. If I was at my condo (instead of 2200 miles away and having to ensure my visitors were taken care of) I would have told the plumber ?no way? when they gave the quote and called someone else. $600 per hour for routine work like this is outrageous.

We had a backed-up drain in the kitchen and called Elite Plumbing, they told us for someone just coming it will be $99 and if we use them it will be applied towards the overall charge. Pretty normal. The technician arrived, spent about 10-15 minutes in our house and told us he can fix it by using a snake in the plumbing, and it will be $600. $600!! This company is out of their mind. We used other pluming company last year for the same issue and it was $265. Was the Elites technician planning on spending 6 hours on this job, minimum, so the company makes $100 an hour, or 2-3 hours so they will make $200 or $300 an hour? I told the technician that he can leave, and got charged the $99. Cost me $99 to learn to never call this company again, as there is plenty of other reliable companies who will charge maybe a half of this price.

I highly recommend this company. Fast response for emergency service. Knowledgeable and professional team, I will definitely use this company for future plumbing needs.
