This company was very prompt in making an appointment and providing a written estimate. The work was done as agreed but several small item still need to be corrected. This company did follow up on correcting the small items days later and all work was performed to my satisfaction. They were honest and trustworthy. They were knowledgeable and efficient in making the necessary repairs.

Took his time about getting here and doing the job, but it now looks beautiful.

1)Expensive, $150 service charge which half is refunded if you use them. 2) Took 3 weeks to get new pump, which is available with-in a few days. 3) Had to call to check on status of order after 2 weeks without hearing from them. 4) Labor charges were excessive. 5) No warranty paperwork provided. 5) Bill only recorded final install; service charge, pump cost, labor, new cover cost, not included in bill.

Juan was great and very professional. I was shocked that he was able to work me in so fast and so close to the July 4th holiday. Thanks to him my grandson will be able to have the swim party he wanted for his birthday which is July 4th. His price for the install of the liner was fantastic. I will call him for all my pool needs in the future.

Other than having 2 weeks of rain the service was great. He even put in a set of stairs for us.

Very nice people, got back to me quickly. Good work. He didn't try to sel other repairs. Gave me other options. Only repaired what was needed.

Jeff worked on my in-ground pool vinyl liner, and some of his initial prices for repairs were good, but the parts prices were expensive. He did a good job replacing the liner and stopping my leaks. One issue was timeliness, he took a few weeks to finish the project and should have planned the tasks beforehand, instead I had a few surprises. Overall, Elitepool did a good job on my pool.

Jeff called me immediately and showed up the next day for an evaluation of the issue. He has a great personality, knows his business and doesn't try to add on repairs that aren't needed. I will definately use him again if needed.

Jeff had some scheduling difficulties, but made it out a day after we originally planned for him to come. He was professional and very knowledgeable. Jeff had our hot tub fixed up in no time!

Jeff was a very nice trustworthy guy who really knew what he was doing. He charged a reasonable price for installation of a part that was pricey, but that was the nature of the part. I would recomment him. I am going to hire him to replace pool tile.

The work completed was adequate. They had to order a part and it came in a couple of days later. The repair guy only focused and fix the immediate propblem. he later "mentioned" another potential problem, but didn't mention it while on the job and missed out on an opportunity for more revenue. Additionally, I requested an estimate for a new cover for my jacuzzi; I never received the estimate.
