I been paying money for service since July 2023 and it now Sept 2023 and my pool still not clean. They scheduled me several time for repair for the damage pipe. No show! Missing work. Final after a month got the pipe repaired. Schedule for pump maintenance and pool cleaning after the long wait for the pipe repair. After finding out about the top on the pump wasn't working properly. They left and later I received an invoice for the amount of repair. They returned and said I need to pay $175.00 for coming out. Never told me I needed to pay this amount and had other repairs and never been ask for this charge. After a couple of days they came back and repaired the pump top. Paid over the phone. After that I notice my card had pending charges alerted from mastercard for services not been started nor completed. I called and they seen to not know what I was talking about. I ask them not to charge my card unless I give them permission, she stated she will note the account so they want make any charges. They finally started cleaning my pool on Sept 5th and it's Sept 15th and my pool still not completed, but charging my card. I have pending payment running on my card up to Sept 23rd and it not even here yet. I called and Angie said she didn't see it on my acct, but my Mastercard shows all pending payment. I decided on Sept 15th I had enough of the BULL. I discontinued the BULL, because it wasn't service. Still pool not ready and paid between $2 to 3 thousand dollars. Never again! I went on this app to try and find a pool repair service. I was quoted a price from Home Advisor/ Angies List. Elite pool gave me a much higher price than I was initially quoted. They came out to install a new motor, and I thought to clean the pool, for that is what I requested. All they did was install a new motor. Today I go to add water to it and find that it is impossible because the chamber has been glued shut! Do not use this service.

I paid for my pool to be cleaned. It is still not cleaned or clear, they did not do a good job. Talked to me very nasty and I will be taking legal action!

The service was provided at the scheduled time and the technician explained in detail the repair. He also made suggestions for maintaining our spa.

They are not cheap, so be prepared to fork over the green. But, they did a superb job, and I'd do it again.

Keeps the pool clean and shows up weekly . Sends me a before and after picture.

The technician was very knowledgeable and very willing to answer and educate me on the numerous questions I had. Very good experience, my only negative comment is the hourly rate is too high. Shouldn't cost more than a lawyer to fix a spa.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. We had a timing mix up but when they got there the work was done and I am satisfied.They explain everything to your understanding. I will be using them again

They came and gave an estimate on pool repair, ordered parts, and then did excellent work. Also helped with cleaning pool and offered some good advice on the care. On time each time they came to the house.
