After having my pool resurfaced I questioned some of the areas in the pool finish. I then had to redrain my pool (12,000 Gallons) to have the repairs done. I am hoping that Elite pools will work with me on my water bill as promised. The work mostly never went as promised. Also they couldn't remove my ladder from the pool and after they tried to remove it, it is now uneven. I also had a salt system installed in my pool. After they finaly installed the system I had to call and ask when they would install the salt for the unit. I had already paid them for the job and I felt as if they had an attitude on the phone with me. When first promise that the job would only take a week it turned out to be about 3 weeks. After the job was complete I had to pressure wash my pool deck to find that there were spots of the pool finish on the deck.

The service technician made changes to the plumbing that had not been discussed during estimate. More work needs to be done, but that was clear from the beginning. Will schedule time for a new estimate for further work.
