    I had another pool company for the past several years and was more unhappy each year. I got a few estimates this year and decided to go with Elite. Roger was very professional and has lots of experience in the pool business. My pool has never looked better. I am very happy. He is prompt and thorough and very responsive. Besides that I think he is very honest and trustworthy.

    Roger and Jen were wonderful in treating a neglected pool, and were highly knowledgeable in every aspect of servicing, treating and maintaining the pool. They are wonderful, friendly, and extremely helpful. I look forward to having them continue to help us with the pool.     We met with the owner who was very professional. He explained his business experience and all details of services his company will be providing during the coming summer season. He layed out a good plan and we look forward to working with him starting in May.

    Roger Wing with Elite Pools is our Pool Technician. He helped us with a green water problem right before a major holiday weekend. He came out and did some filtration system diagnosis and repairs, had to travel back to the shop for a part, then returned and got the filter system up and running at its best. He had the pool water in pristine condition for the weekend. He then went above and beyond with a follow through visit and not only re- tested and re-adjusted the chemical balance, but demonstrated how he goes about this. He shared his vast knowledge about the importance of the balance between PH, Alkalinity, Chlorine, Bromine, etc. He also informed us of products people use to clear up the water, and why that product will not work when these other chemicals are not in perfect balance. He showed us how to use a quality test kit so we can do this ourselves. We really like his "down to earth" approach and professional mannerism, and we will continue using his services. Highly recommended!

      We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them.
    8. Liens Search
      We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
    9. Identity Verification (SSN)
      HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
