This was the first time we have ever built a pool. And had no clue as to what the process was. But there was no communication explaining what the process was, what the next step was. We have had to pool up and running for a few months and still have no idea what half the functions of the pool are. We had flag stone laid and there are cracks in the grout everywhere and we already had him fix this once. There was even a stone that came loose not even a month after completion. They took weeks to clean up the debris, they didn't cut back the rebar, so there is some sticking out the ground in several spots around the pool. The dirt they dug out for the hole for the pool and spread in a way that water was being directed towards the house from the back and the side. We had to hire a another company to re-grade our back whole yard. I will say this, I learned what NOT to do when you build a pool.
