Sunshine House Cleaning

I hired Elani from a referral of a friend, I was not happy with her work, she didnt dust all of my home, I caught her skipping areas. My shower floor was not clean. My kitchen cabinet was not wiped down, inside of my microwave was not cleaned, I asked her to vacuum the outside mat coming in, she said that wasn't in the price. My granddaughter and I helped clean our Florida room as she acted like it was a big deal for her to clean. She wanted to charge me $130. I paid $120.00 regretting I even paid that much after she left. I have 3-bedroom house, 2 baths with office and Florida room she was in and out in 2 1/2 hrs. NO ONE cleans right in this amount of time, and she was 15 to 20 min late. She called several times harassing me over the $10.00 She told me if I didn't pay her she was going to ask my friend who referred her for the $10.00. I am on disability and my husband is self-employed; we deal with customers all the time. I am very sorry I even hired her.

I?m very disappointed, the kitchen counter wasn?t cleaned, most of the house was not dusted, the shower downstairs was not washed. I really liked you, I thought I finally found somebody good, wish you luck!

Eleni was here on time and she did all that I had requested and she mopped! That may not impress others but other cleaners have not used a mop to clean my floors in a long time. The house smells and looks great. I will definitely call her again.
