Elite Property Services of Colorado, Inc. is a family-owned and operated property maintenance company serving the Colorado Springs area since 2001. Our Services: - Air duct cleaning and sanitizing. - Flood and fire restoration, including water extraction and mold mitigation. - Drying of structure, carpets and padding, walls, ceilings, and crawl spaces. - We specialize in sewage clean up, disinfecting and sanitation. - Carpet and upholstery cleaning. - Window and gutter cleaning. - Sheet rock repair and painting. No job is too big or too small! We take pride in the fact that our 24-hour customer care center allows us to have a technician to you within 60-90 minutes, depending on your location. Our recovery contractors are quickly on site evaluating your situation and ready to begin the emergency service. We want to continue to exceed our customers expectations by providing premium customer service with our knowledgeable and helpful recovery service contractors. We communicate with you giving step by step explanations of procedures involved with your project. We will tell you the "what, why, where and how" of everything involved in getting you back to pre-loss condition. Vendor showed up on time and fully explained every step of their process before and during the cleaning. I will definitely hire this company again to perform my carpet cleaning and will consider having them perform other cleaning services.

From start to finish a very smooth, professional experience. It's very apparent that Elite knows what its doing. They cleaned an expensive wool area rug for us, and we couldn't be happier with the results. No fading, running, shrinking or buckling . . . and the price was very reasonable. I'd recommend Elite to anyone.

Had to ask that windows be recleaned several times. Screens and tracks were not cleaned. Had to re-install several screens that were left off.

We were extremely happy with the service from EPS. Someone from the company actually came to our house to provide a free estimate after viewing the areas to be cleaned. We got an appointment for the cleaning for the very next day (they were very accommodating as to ensuring we could get an appointment when it was convenient for us, including on the weekend). The two people who did the cleaning were extemely courteous, friendly, efficient, and obviously knew their job. They explained every process to us, including why they were doing it. They also explained how to ensure we keep our carpets cleaner, longer. There were a couple of small pet stains that returned after the cleaning, but after contacting EPS they sent the cleaner back the very next day to redo those spots. Again, the cleaner explained to us how to remove such stains in the future (and also what NOT to use to remove stains!). Those areas are now as good as new. EPS called us after the cleaning to verify that we are satisfied with the service. We will gladly use EPS for this service again, and will definitely recommend them to our friends and family.
