Great Job!

This was the best experience I’ve ever had working with an alarm company. Robert was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and patient. The system is easy to use. I’m very, very pleased with my decision to use Elite.

Great Job by Robert!

Great and timely service. Would highly recommend.

Prompt professional service. Highly recommend.

Excellent service provided with installing security system in our home; wired system installed, ensuring cables concealed. We received quotes from 3 companies and Elite also had lowest rate. Technician (Mr. Cohen) came to home to do an assessment on work to be performed prior to installation, free of charge. One of three companies wanted to charge for coming to home for assessment. Mr. Cohen was able to do installation about a week Fter assessment and was on time on day of installation.

Very competitive pricing

Very responsive, worked with my schedule to come out, good prices compared to other companies. Highly recommend.

Fast and knowledgeable

Robert has gone above and beyond in installing the system, setting it up and providing help to me as I have needed. I will use him again. He is professional and courteous , and he had to have the patience of Job to work with me as I am technologically ignorant. Thank you, Robert!

Just what I needed. Even offered more security products.

Fast and listened to what i need, got exactly what i wanted.

Robert Cohen was without question the nicest gentleman I have had the pleasure of meeting. He responded promptly to my request and my concerns. He came to my home exactly the time he quoted. He helped to calm my fears - he did the entire job within a few minutes - so polite so professional what an absolute joy dealing with Elite Protection I will definitely recommend his company to anyone looking for excellent service.

Truly refreshing to work with someone that was genuinely interested in what I wanted and not just pushing me to something more expensive.

Very knowledgeable about security needs and designed a system that wasn't overkill.
