Asphalt Shingle Roofing Installation and Replacement
I went with elite remodeling to replace my roof after I met with a few local companies as well as a national chain, and elite won me over with the cost. The roof looks great and havent had any issues since installation back in late 2021.

We hired elite to replace our downstairs windows last fall. We had called a few places for estimates and elite was the best match in terms of cost and time it took to complete the job. Really appreciate the communication and the quality of work. Will be using elite to redo our remaining windows soon.

We had a new roof put on our house. It was a big project because our house is a Queen Anne style and had lots of dormers and a turret and a large oversized separate garage. The roofers from Elite did an excellent job in installing the roof and in cleaning it up. The workers were hard working and friendly and cleaned every bit up before they left. The whole experience was positive. I would hire them again to do other work at the house. I recommend them highly.

Just had 2 French doors installed , very pleased with products and services. They were less than half of Renewal By Anderson and with a better product in my opinion. We highly recommend Elite

Just had our attic re insulated, excellent work . We did blown in and reflective insulation also . Our upstairs gets very cold in the winter even with the heat on . We are hoping this will reduce the temperature, very pleased with pricing !!

Elite was able to have my roof done in a week , other contractors told me 3- 4 weeks. Due to a leak , and our insurance company threatened to drop us if not replaced by a certain date. Thank you again Elite !!!

We had 3 doors , 2 sliding doors and a french door installed , they were very price competitive compared to others for a better product . Installation was flawless and we love our new doors. We will be using them soon for all of our windows!!!

Had our windows and doors finished yesterday , although there was a delay to no fault of Elites we ordered a specialty product and had to wait . Instillation was flawless and they cleaned up better than it was prior !! Highly recommend

Vinyl Siding Install or Completely Replace
Excellent company to deal with , we had 4 estimates lined up 2 never showed or called , the 3rd one was very obnoxious and insisted we sign before seeing Elite . Glad we did not do that , the 3rd sales rep even tried to bad mouth other companies which I do not like . We signed with Elite back in July , and as with everything else Covid delayed products and install . Our project was just recently completed and we are ecstatic !! Will highly recommend them.

Just had our windows and doors done , the quality of the product is amazing and Jason and Chris did an amazing job on the install. We can already tell a difference in the noise reduction and temperature in our house , its much more comfortable. We would highly recommend Elite !!!

Vinyl Siding Install or Completely Replace
We had Elite do our siding on a large Victorian style house , I waited a few months to post a review . I must say after the heavy winds and storms and alternating temperatures the siding looks fantastic . We did have delays due to covid but no fault to Elite , the manufacturer did not have materials to produce the color we wanted so we waited . Elite sent letters and emails explaining the delay , the install took about 1 week , and they came back the day after to do a follow up clean up . We would highly recommend Elite , not just for siding but for the other projects they do as well. We just recently contracted with them for our windows and doors . We look forward to another great project!!!

6+ Room New Window Service
For our windows/doors installation and clean-up, all went well. The windows/doors team (both in-house and the installers) was professional and friendly. They did the work extremely well and let me know the process. And they cleaned up everything when they completed the job. For our siding installation, the in-house professionals and the salesperson (Jake) were very hard to contact and had weak excuses for not letting us know any details. They rarely called me back. When the installers got here, they did a good job. But they were delayed because not enough J channel was delivered and, per the in-house professional, they could not find a truck to go 1 1/2 hours to pick it up. It took a week. When the installers finally finished the work, they left without doing any cleanup. None. We have bags of nails and trash from cut siding and installation, and it took hours/weeks. I would definitely hire Elite to install windows/doors but would never let them install the siding. And I would never let Jake be the salesperson.

"Hi Jane, after looking into the notes on your file we do have a signed completion form by your husband stating that he was 100% satisfied with the work after completion. And yes because of covid and supply chain issues there was a shortage of trucks available to pick up the needed J channel and have it delivered. We did complete the work a few months ago and never received any prior communication about debris or nails, which we would have gladly come back and cleaned up. Being that we have a signed completion form by your husband and the job is paid in full, we feel this review is unfair and inaccurate. We understand the frustrations homeowners have during this time wanted projects completed in a timely manner, unfortunately, we cannot control supply chains and manufacturer product availability. If the trash is still there months later we will gladly have someone come pick it up. We appreciate your business and are glad you are ultimately happy with the finished product."

Seamless Metal Gutters Installation
Locations for new gutters with gutter guard were agreed upon. After the installer came, I noticed that not all of the gutters had the gutter guard added to them and that a segment of gutters that was supposed to be replaced was not replaced. The technician had to come back out and install the gutters and complete the work that was not yet completed. Final work seems fine, although the gutter guards do not seem to be keeping leaves out of the gutters.
