Frausters and thieves are all that exist at this company. When needing to contact anyone you get roadblocked by the front desk receptionist. No contact whatsoever in scheduling, and communication is non-existent. Work ethics are terrible and products used are poor. Be careful of the bait and switch, we signed up for one siding product and then they said it was not available. Given similar reviews, we have to assume this is regular practice with selling the more expensive part and then using the cheaper.

This contractor is a company of thieves. I was looking to get my roof replaced, an older guy came out, and I put a $1,500 dollar down payment. Two days latter they called and said the shingles was not available, and could I choose another one. I have an HOA and they didnâ t allow it. King story short they could not deliver. After 4 months I requested a refund. They stalled and said they sent check and did not. Then they claimed to have had a fire. I reported them to BBB and they responded claiming no contract existed and they never agreed to refund my deposit. Also let me say, reading through their reviews, a lot of them are dealing with African American home owners. Had I read through their reviews prior I would have declined to even talk to them. African American homeowners beware.!!!!!!

Last summer we decided to replace our downstairs windows. Our neighbors has just remodeled their house and used elite for multiple jobs. We went ahead and scheduled an appointment and withinn 3 days they sent a rep out and we had a plan as well as estimate. The windows we wanted had to be ordered, so it took just under two weeks before they could send a crew out and start the job. The whole project took less than 2 full working days including clean up. We plan on doing the rest of our windows this spring and plan on using elite again. 10/10 job

After getting estimates from half a dozen home improvement places I selected Elite to do my roof. I was a little skeptical about the negative reviews, but I can report they are unfounded. I am more than happy with the quality of work and honestly had a good time I spent talking with the sales rep and crew as they did the job. 3 months after installation I am still satisfied with my roof and want to thank the whole team at an Elite

Had them repla e roof a couple years ago. Decided to use them again for custom skylight replacement.

It took awhile to get our windows installed but with Covid didn't make it easy. But we are pleased with our windows. Thank you Elite Remodeling for your service!

Elite Remodeling is a very professional company. They engaged us in every parts of the project. We knew when they were coming, and how long the job would take. We can't wait to have them complete another project for us!

The installers were very proficient and expedient. They left nothing to clean up after they finished. They were also very polite and respectful.S

Eric came out and gave me an estimate for 5 windows that was very reasonable. Another deciding factor is "service for life." The other company was going to charge me $150 to come out and look at the windows that they installed--windows where the seals failed. The men who replaced the windows were here an hour early than expected-which was great. They set up, came in and got to work. When they completed the work, they cleaned up after themselves perfectly and hauled off the old windows. When I went into the bedrooms where the windows were replaced, the temperature was noticeably cooler. After the installation, Elite Remodeling called me to follow up on the crew who came out, the quality of the windows, and asked if I had any issues. I am 100% satisfied with Elite Remodeling.

Team was on time and they completed the tasks needed within a reasonable amount of time. Work started within 3 weeks of signing the contract. This is of course partly dependent on supply chain, but I still considered this to be a very good turn around. One of the main reasons I supported this company is that the owner is a veteran, as am I. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

All of the people at Elite were excellent to deal with. The project was on time and was executed perfectly and they cleaned up and hauled away the mess. I would hire them again for another project if I had one.

The sales team and installers provided excellent customer service and excellent workmanship installing a bathroom in my basement. I was consulted every step of the way to ensure that I was satisfied with the materials, progress and workmanship. They made sure my basement was cleaned after the work was completed.

We ordered windows that we didn't honestly think would be installed till after the summer with the window shortage and all. But these guys came through in a very short time with an great window. The gentleman that came out to install worked by himself and installed 16 windows in our house with capping in a day and a half. he had us amazed and did an amazing job. Will definantly be hiring them when we get our door replaced..

The install was fast and painless

We had the front windows installed a couple years ago and just returned to Elite for the rear window replacements. We priced out (both times) with at least 3 other contractors and each time Elite provided the better price. Their service was professional, very courteous, and they installed the windows quickly. They also cleaned up both inside and outside of the house. We are extremely satisfied with both Elite and our windows!

Had 17 windows installed last spring. After taking all the windows out and installing 11 of the windows, found the last six were the wring size. It was going to take 6 to 8 weeks to get new windows. The lead installer fabricated 6 new windows to cover the openings out of the old windows. They looked like new windows complete with trim work. When the new windows came in, they removed the temporary windows and completed the installation of our windows. Everything was completely cleaned up each time they were here. I have noticed my heating and ac bills for the last year are lower. Elite remodeling did a great job and I would highly recommend them.

Very reasonably priced, prompt service, roof looks great!
