Keenum of Elite Remodeling has been our go-to contractor for several years. We first met Keenum when we were soliciting bids for a complete kitchen remodel. From the very start Keenum presented himself as a knowledgeable professional and put my wife and I at ease. Our house was built in 1792. During the remodel project the kitchen was gutted and Keenum was able to overcome all of the hidden obstacles a house of that age will present. From uneven walls to leveling of floors and working with imperfect corners Keenum was meticulous throughout. In addition, all of Keenum's subcontractor's were vetted and top notch. At the completion of the remodel we knew no other contractor would ever step foot in this house. Since then Keenum has been hired to gut and remodel the master bedroom, remodel the laundry room, remodel a bathroom, and replace the roof. We highly recommend Keenum and Elite Remodeling for any job you may be considering.

We've worked with Elite Remodeling Services on several projects over the past five years. They upgraded/expanded our deck, upgraded our bathroom tile and vanities, replaced a tub, painted the bathroom and the deck and also replaced a chandelier. We always call them first for a quote because we know that we can trust the team to amazing work. Keenum is reliable and honest. When we had our deck inspected by the town, it needed a few tweaks to meet code. Keenum and his team showed up the next day to fix what was needed. We've paid him the balance on the project before things were finished (crack in the sink of the vanity and needed to wait for a replacement) and he showed up and finished the job. Not every contractor will do that, sadly. He has a lot of integrity as a person and he also does incredibly beautiful work! We always get compliments on our bathroom tile and our deck. Mike responded very quickly to my request, came out the same day, and provided an estimate that was reasonable and that addressed the issue directly and in the smallest way possible. He was able to schedule me quite quickly, and the work was completed right on-time. The crew was courteous and quick, everything was cleaned up perfectly, and most importantly the roof and rafters look great and are no longer leaking. Communication was proactive and clear throughout

Apex was very professional and easy to communicate with! Came in everyday when Mike said he would arrive. Very clean and courteous- always made sure to have the area spotless at the end of the day. I love the new paint job Mike gave my house!
