I would not recommend Elite Renovations for any project in your home. I hired Elite to renovate my 11x12 office space in my home. There were a multitude of issues that arose during the process. We had an agreed upon contract, to which they added extra fees for my base boards. The contract clearly stated all baseboard/flooring issues are included in the contract that we signed, then an additional amount was added. The most disturbing issue that I had with Elite was the painter that Elite sent to finish the paint portion was drinking and drunk in my home. My wife and kids were here while an employee of Elite was drinking on the job. I called Artie (project manager) to have the owner Chris call me immediately and I never received a call. I finally was able to contact Chris 3 hours later. Finally, after sending a drunk employee to my house, I told them I did not feel comfortable with any of their employees returning. With that said, I had to complete the painting myself, and there were multiple texture issues that were not fixed. There was also an issue with the door frame that was not corrected. Within a week they sent me a final invoice that was more than the original contract agreement. I would not recommend hiring Elite Renovations for your home, as their customer service and overall business model is clearly flawed. Sending an employee into someone home to complete a job that had been drinking is utterly and completely unacceptable.

We are very sorry that the painter showed up drunk and did not complete the work assigned. We did fire that painter immediately as his actions were unacceptable. We do believe in excellent customer service as well and that is why each customer has a dedicated project manager. Having a dedicated project manager allows for constant and immediate communication. We regret not being allowed to finish the job and making it perfect for you and your family and as such we did remove the remaining work from the final bill.
