I was quoted $175 and when the job was finished (less than 2 hours), I was told it was $200. I question whether or not they would have doublechecked that all the downspouts were open if I had not asked. They were pleasant and really got with the program for sure and gave me good advice on where to get more gutter guards without having to purchase an entire box. I will use them again.

Elite's bid was competitive and was hired by phone. After several calls a date was set for the work to begin. Elite called and was advised that weather was too cold for the chemical to work. We accepted that excuse. After temp reached 50+ we had to call back and reschedule. We were told that Elite would be at the job site at 12pm. Elite showed up at 3:40pm and didn't finish the job. Was told that he would be back at noon the next day. This time we had to call and remind him that the job wasn't finished. He showed up a 5:15 and was still working in near darkness. I will say that the roof does look good after the application. My main concern with Elite was their lack of respect of time appointments.

The North side of my roof was covered with black streaks & moss and getting worse each year. After some research I discovered the black streaks were algae eating away at the shingles. I searched the internet and found roof cleaners to be abundant in the South however they were much harder to find in the Midwest. I interviewed several local companies but decided on Elite Roof Cleaners out of Branson due to the fact that they were cleaning the roof with a non-pressure method and a product recommended by the Asphalt Roofing Mfg. Assoc. They gladly made the trip to the Kansas City area and I couldn't be more pleased with the results.

Elite Roof did a great job on our roof. We have a concrete tile roof that had 15 years worth of fungus/algae growing on it. It's a difficult roof to clean due to the pitch and the fact that you can't walk on it. Elite Roof spent the day cleaning it and now it looks great!
