If it were possible to give this company -5 stars I would. Horrible customer service. The person I worked with quit and no one told me. I thought everything was done until they started harassing me daily. They tried to charge me double the amount and instead of apologizing they continue to harass me. I told her I have an autoimmune disease and stress makes it's worse and that I would pay on my payday which was days away. That was no good enough. She wanted everything that day. I'm not sure about y'all but I can't make money magically appear when someone wants it no matter how many times they send a demand email. There are so many quality roofers out there. Go with a company that has not lost their humanity. Go with a company that cares about people and has integrity. Go with a company that will work with you instead of against you. Go with a company that wants to help you keep a roof over your head and not take your house. When you see Elite Roofing, it's best to retreat.
