The owner Casey was on time and very professional.There was no additional work performed other than the pump out of my 1000 gallon septic tank.Would recommend this company to all my friends and neighbors.

They got here on time. They got everything done correctly and they provided a card incase what they did didn't resolve the problem.

No hidden charges. Friendly and pleasant people. They tell you everything you need to know. Still have a good attitude despite the hot humid day and the dirty jobs they face daily!

I work at night so when I made my inquiry on this site I stated I did not want anyone calling me to send me a text or email ONLY I received 16 phone calls the very next day . This company was the only one that read my request and sent the text! Does anyone really want a company that cant follow a simple direction/request? Elite Septic did exactly what I asked. They were reasonably priced and upfront about the price. They came exactly when they said they would . They were super friendly and even let my 2 yoa grandson beep the truck horn. I will definitely recommend them!

Casey give me great service. The price was given to me before the work was done . It was the same at the end of the job. He arrived on time and completed the job fast. I will always hire him to pump my septic tank.

Great all around job

Elite gave me the price and stuck to it even after he had a hard time locating the septic tank because their is a room over it. He had to dig down about four or five feet to get to it. His company does not charge a service charge to come out. He even gave us an option to change the septic tank cover and replace it with a man hole cover to make it easier to pump it out in the future and we did it. Casey is a man of his word and did a great job. If you need a septic tank pumped out or replaced call him. You won't be sorry.

Casey was wonderful! He patiently explained the type of system I have, how it works and advised me of care and recommended service. I had my 3 yr old grandson visiting the day Casey came and he was delighted when allowed to sit in and "operate" the excavator!

I hate that I'm so late in posting this review. I highly recommend Elite Septic. I asked for quotes on Home Advisor and Casey called within 2 minutes of me pressing the "Get Quotes" button. The price he quoted me was excellent and was at my house within a couple of hours after calling. I was worried having someone come out with my wife home alone, but Casey made her feel comfortable and explained the entire process to her as he was working. Some of the best customer service around and I PROMISE you will not find a better price for septic pumping, especially as quickly as he was here and how quickly the job was done. Believe me, I called every other company that offered the same service in my area and Casey at Elite Septic beat them all by a mile. No hidden fees like all the others. Do yourself a favor and call Casey for anything septic.

The technician was very accommodating and on time. His knowledge of septic tanks was impressive. I was in need of a basic septic tank inspection. I was very satisfied with the service he provided. I will gladly hire him again for any additional septic tank services I may need!

Not only is the service OUTSTANDING but Casey takes the time to make sure that you are well informed and understand all of the parts of your system and how it works! If there's anything that needs repair he'll take the time to make sure that you understand why and is very reasonable. I wish I'd found him before I had a negative experience with another company - but now he'll be my first and only call for anything having to deal with my system!
