I cannot speak for anyone else experience but my experience with this company was not positive at all. I am a 55+ year old woman and I hired this company to move me from a 2-2 apartment to a 1-1 apartment. The distance between the two apartments is 3 miles. This move ended up costing me over $800 as it was based on time. It should not have taken the amount of time that it did. One of the movers was busy on a personal cell phone call for a long period of time. At times only one of the movers was actually moving items and the other was in the truck arranging items. My second problem is during the move I mentioned to the movers several times to not forget my printer. They assured me they would not . Well they left my printer and due to circumstances beyond my control I was not able to move the printer and I no longer have a printer. My bed was damaged in the move. The movers did not properly hook up my washer and dryer and lied to me about the dryer. It was not until I went to test the dryer that they told me it was not hooked up. They then said it was fixed and it came on so I thought it was. It was eventually fixed but then I realized they hooked up the hot water as cold water and Vice Versa on my washer. That eventually was fixed. But the damage to my bed was never addressed even after I sent pictures showing the damage was fresh. I was told that they would address my printer situation and they never did. They just kept giving me the run around. I provided everything I could provide. I even was willing to provide the cleaning company who cleaned the apartment after the move and found the printer. No the cleaning company could not deliver the printer to me and I was not able to get the printer as I was ill during the entire moving process. I talked to the owner of the moving company, the general manager, and one other person. They wanted a receipt for a printer that was over 5 years old. Something I did not have but because I had a ink contract with HP I was able to provide them with all details regarding the make and model of the printer. That was not good enough. Basically they did not want to make things right with me in my opinion. I was basically told I should be happy that they fixed my washer and dryer. But the hookup was something I specifically made sure they would do if I hired them. I also made sure taking apart and putting back together my adjustable bed was part of the service. Why should I be happy they did what I hired them to do. I was confused by that. I am happy for anyone who had success with this company but that was not my experience. I am now having to find the money to replace a printer that was in great condition because of this company. When I eventually sell my one year old bed I will have to reduce the price because of the damage that was done during the move.

The four man crew did an excellent job with our move. Our old driveway was not easy to maneuver, but they found a way even though it meant more work for them, meaning they had to carry everything farther. They were all very pleasant, polite & hard workers with can-do attitudes. I would absolutely recommend this company!!

Good service.

Hired for a delivery install job for appliances, because it was better priced than a full move. Guys did a solid job, moving awkward and heavy items out of a cramped house to a two-story house, so my issues are not with them, because things can happen, and we accept a certain level of risk - cosmetic, mostly. The 2.5 yr old LG side-by-side refrigerator freezer with water & in door ice machine that worked perfect before they picked it up was no longer working after they delivered and installed it. It cooled but never froze and we lost some groceries - it takes time to figure out the freezer isn't working. Long story short, the owner of Elite Star, Hector, couldn't have really cared less. He sent some dude he knows from his neighborhood over to my home who diagnosed the issue as a broken filter & wire and from what I could gather from his English, a move and or general dirt could have caused the problem. It would need to go to a shop, and would probably cost as much to repair as replace. Hector suggested I get a second opinion - that is, spend more money out of my pocket to try to prove how it got broken. Again, worked, then didn't work, the circumstances in between being that his company moved it from one place to the other. Hector has refused me access to his general liability insurance to make a claim. He will not make a claim on my behalf. He has offered me no restitution, even when asked directly. No refund on my fees. I had to purchase a new refrigerator because we were living out of ice chests for a week. Basically, he has managed to wrench defeat from the jaws of service victory by failing to do the right thing. He doesn't care, he doesn't stand by his work, and obviously would rather deny his responsibility and get slammed on social media than cough up a few hundred bucks to make things right. Anyway, you get what you pay for with Hector.

Our three movers were on time...courteous, friendly, and very careful with our belongings throughout the move. They double checked with us as each piece of furniture was placed to be certain we were happy. Helped wherever they could as we got all our stuff into the new house. Highly recommend all their crew and scheduling folk/owner. Moving was very hard for us....they made it fun and painless!!

These guys are great! I didn't have a "move". I had a bunch of furniture that needed to be assembled and moved down a set of stairs outside and then back up another set of stairs. I also had them assemble several pieces of furniture. Hector was very responsive to my messages and was flexible when we had something come up with delivery of one of the pieces of furniture and had to move our date. I would use them again.

the company went above and beyond customer service. they double wrapped all the furniture and upon arrival on the other side they asked where I would like the furniture placed. they were professional, friendly and got the job done without interruption.

These guys are so about getting my moving done ( always asking my input as the move went along). It was extremely hot and these men remained consistent in humor, pleasantness, and ceaseless about making my move as stress-less as possible. My input on where things go; putting my bed together. I can't say enough excellent and positive comments about this moving company. Need to move... they are who you call ~ Elite Movers, "Simply the best" and sooo reasonable.

Elite Movers are beyond amazing! Truly the best of the best! I will only use them for all my future moving needs! They have the most reasonable prices and the two gentlemen who helped move my belongings were extremely courteous and worked harder than any other moving employees I have ever used in the past and I have moved a lot! They went out of their way to place my belongings exactly where they needed to be and they were stronger than any other movers I have ever used and never complained or were rude. I can’t say enough about how perfect they were and how they made my move so stress free! It turned out 1 million times better than a good move! I can’t wait to ask for their services on my next upcoming move!

Very helpful , courteous, and able

Excellent quality service was provided. They were very careful with each piece they moved and took their time. The movers were very friendly and respectful at all times, and made the stressful moving situation easier for me. I would totally recommend them.

From first communication to delivering my furniture for consignment, Elite Star Movers was terrific! Communication throughout was excellent, the movers (Manuel and Steven) were professional, competent and pleasant, and they took extra steps to insure the safety of both the furniture as well as the condo they moved it out of. I recommend them highly and will call them again.
