Lameen was my contact person for this service, and he was great! He called promptly to schedule for the following week. He called the morning of to confirm and obtain directions. Upon arriving, he greeted me with a warm smile. Unfortunately he couldn't perform the service that day due to miscommunication, my fault. So he said he could send his men out with the "Ninja" portable cleaner. No worries on either end. The following morning he sent two other men out with the portable machine. Again, the men called to say they were on their way. I was greeted with a warm smile and handshake when they arrived. Took care of 2 pieces of furniture (upholestered armchair and ottoman). Thanks to all for a great first experience with your company.
