Elite Tree Service has been helping Plano, Dallas and the surrounding areas with their tree service needs since 1976. Owner, Brent Vaughan is an ISA Certified Arborist (#TX-3589A), a Texas A&M graduate and has been President of the company since 1995. We only hire employees with a minimum of 10 years of experience pruning and removing trees, and we carry a $2 million general liability insurance policy for the protection of our customers, as well as workers comp. We have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. We have crews covering Dallas, Plano, Richardson, Frisco, Addison, The Colony, Farmers Branch, Coppell, Irving, Garland, Carrollton, Lewisville, Grapevine, Flower Mound, Highland Park, University Park, Allen, and McKinney.

Elite Tree Service responded to my tree removal request within 24 hours. Brent came out to look at the trees to provide a quote. Very professional and friendly. The team was scheduled quickly and removed a few large trees and the stumps. The team was very organized and had safety precautions in place to protect themselves, my fence, and my house. I would definitely hire Brent and his team again to remove trees and bushes. Since he's a certified arborist he gave me some great suggestions as far as replacements. Cleanup was great and communication was great! I will recommend him to my neighbors in the future.

This went very well in my opinion. Within about three hours of placing the request Brent was in my yard giving me his quote. On the day of the tree removals the guys showed up on time and surgically removed the two large oaks without any damage to homes or other issues. Dan, the stump grinder took his equipment into a nearly impossible place and ground the stump as low as he could get it in that location. Very happy with Elite, Brent and Dan

Work was done when promised. Some dead branches that I felt obviously need to be removed were not. When bill was presented, it was $125 above estimate. It was described as tax. I realize tax is legitimate, but I have experienced that the estimated price is total cost, tax included. I feel the bill, while legal, was deceptive. I share some blame for assuming that I received a total cost estimate, but feel deceived. I would not recommend this business unless you get clear on billing upfront to be able to make a sound comparative decision.

Elite Tree Service beet their estimated date to be able to start my job. They cut down two large Live Oaks, about 35 years old. They trimmed another Live Oak, as well. This was done with a four man crew in two days, including the cleanup and haul away. The next day, the three stumps, one was one cut down a year ago, were ground down. All and all they really did a great and professenal job.

Adam and his team did a fantastic job of trimming our pecan tree. It had been neglected for a few years at least and it looks great now. The team was on time and hauled away all of the debris. I also liked that he provided references without having to request them. I would definitely recommend Elite Tree Service.
