Elite Water Damage Restoration

I unfortunately cannot recommend this company, despite initially being impressed. I first spoke with “Art,” who kindly took my call on a Sunday when I was in urgent need of an inspection. I was grateful for his responsiveness and hopeful after reading so many positive reviews. A couple of days later, Bill, the owner, came out to our home. He was very nice, knowledgeable, and spent a good amount of time walking us through our concerns and possible options. My husband and I rearranged our work schedules for the three hour inspection window, and we made it clear that this was time sensitive due to my ongoing health issues and our medically complex daughter, who we cannot risk exposing to anything harmful. Bill assured us he would provide a quote. Unfortunately, that was the last communication we ever received. Two weeks passed with no response. I called the office and was told Bill was out in the field and would return my call, but the woman I spoke to hung up before I could even leave my name or number. My husband then tried calling and texting Bill directly, but received no reply. The following week, I called again and spoke with another staff member, making sure to leave all of my contact information this time. She promised to pass it along, yet we still never heard back. I gave it one last try the next week and spoke to Art again, who apologized and said he would follow up with Bill. Even then, no one ever did or has called us back and no quote was ever been sent. After multiple weeks, repeated calls, and speaking to several different people, we were left completely ignored. This is not only disappointing but extremely unprofessional. I reached out in hopes of getting necessary work done, made our situation very clear, and was met with silence after the initial visit. For anyone considering this company, please be aware, while the initial impression may be positive, the lack of follow-through and communication makes them unreliable. I cannot recommend them to anyone who actually needs work completed!

We recently had Elite Water Damage Restoration come out to inspect our home for potential water damage issues. Thankfully, they didn’t find anything wrong, but I was very impressed with their service. The owner, Bill, arrived right on time, explained their process clearly, and carried out the inspection in a safe and professional manner. While getting a new kitchen floor installed, water damage and mold was discovered underneath. Needing a company to deal with such issues, I was lucky enough to find Elite Restoration. From the first contact with Arthur to the estimate with the owner Bill, it was clear that this company was totally professional. They needed to remove a section of sheet rock and replace the wood door molding. The worker who performed the work, Carlos was wonderful! The work was completed with attention to details and perfection. He treated my home the same way he would treat his own. I highly recommend Elite Restoration and would definitely use them in the future for any water or mold issues.

Bill from Elite Water Damage Restoration is the best. I called him based on a glowing recommendation from a trusted plumber. Bill showed up the same day I called, was prompt, professional, and thorough. He checked the area where I believed I had water damage and mold in my bathroom floor. He spent time carefully checking everywhere he could and told me he did not locate any water damage / rot and I really didn't need his services. He spent time showing me why and how. He was honest, kind, and thorough. I highly recommend Bill and will call him for any future water damage services.

We returned to using Elite for a reason. They are professional, work responsively and diligently while they are here, and clean up every single day. Bill responded quickly to our situation, listened carefully to our concerns and provided a plan that made sense. Communication was continuous and courteous from the office (Jackie and Arthur), and the crew in everyway. THE CREW!!!!!-- So professional ! They treated the work being completed as if it were their homes. Their positive energy made a stressful situation not so bad. So happy to note: James was respectful, considerate, and thorough with exceptionally high standards for his work with the ducts, mold removal, reconstruction and restoration. Carlos, also, was respectful, considerate, thoughtful and thorough with exceptionally high standards for his work with the reconstruction and restoration. Shout out to Tom, Arthur and the young men (Joel, ?.?) who filled out the crew on any given day. We highly recommend them to help with your needs. You won't be disappointed.
