Todd was very knowledgeable. He checked out the attic to see what kind of squirrels were there. I had flying squirrels. He enclosed the roof perimeter although he had some problems bc of another company had used a sealer, like caulking many years ago so he could only give me a six month warranty. He cut the price down bc of it. He was quick to respond when I asked him to recheck bc I heard them again. He came back twice and resolved the problem. Very nice guy. Easy to work with.

Very polite, returned calls on time, found ingress point of rodents. Repair job of ingress was makeshift and while it may keep the rodents out, it was not anywhere near aesthetically done. We heard additional noises and were told it would be an additional $75 a day to set and monitor traps. We declined and will not be hiring them again. Do not believe the guarantee.

Sir, you were told the wood was rotted out the first day and this would be a bandaid fix in this area in which you agreed it would be fixed. Then when it flying squirrel got back inside due to not being repaired by your handyman I said I could come back out in which I would put an excluder cage but you then said you would have your guys fix and repair the damaged areas due to rot and neglect on the home. On the contract, it states neglect is how warranties are voided in which your wife signed and you both knew about. You then ask if once fixed would I trap and I stated if the hole was fixed I had to use a live cage and they are monitored completely
