Project overview: Update legacy yard landscaping. 11k sg ft lot, 7k sg ft soft scape. Demo existing softscape. Design for drought tolerant, desert garden plant options. Install drip irrigation system. Replace lagacy plants with drought-tolerant options. Install exterior backyard lighting. Install water feature / fountain. Pros: Informative, knowledgeable, creative ideas. Project delivery on time. Addressed concerns regarding plant selection due to pets. Accomidating when the project scope size increased. Cons: A lower percentage of plants died after planting. Offered to replace any plants that didn't survive as part of the initial project, that never occurred. Scheduling plant replacement 5 times over 4 months, but never showed up. In summary, we're happy with the landscape project delivery. That said, we're disappointed we've had multiple no-shows to get the dead plants replaced. I gave up trying. Project delivery - 5 Project follow-up - 1

Sharing some photos after the work was done. He did the work (added decomposed granite on top of existing landscape). I specified that I needed to make sure that the decomposed granite was solid and robust as there would be a lot of foot traffic in the yard. After the work was completed, I noticed immediately that the decomposed granite started to shift, I called him, and he just told me to water those areas. Since then, these areas have deteriorated, and with the recent rains chunks of the decomposed granite have just come off. I have tried repeatedly to contact him for advice and have gotten no assistance.

Eli was professional and very efficient in his coverage of 1,200 sqft of sod and irrigation system. Upon installing the sod he returned periodically to assess the growth and make corrections to problems areas. I could not have asked for a better experience. I would recommend Eli without reservation

Eliu and his team replaced the sod in our backyard - timely / cost effective / thorough - nicely done with attention to detail inclusive of removal and disposal of all materials, leveling of subsurfacing, removing foreign matter, resetting perimeter edging and adjusting and replacing suspect sprinkler heads. Also provided proper watering and fertilizing instruction to ensure success.

Eliu is dedicate and professional to his work. He has done excellent work as agreed.

They cleaned up their work area every night and completed the work on time as scheduled. Highly Recommend.

Eliu was a great hire. Him and his team did exactly what they said they were going to do and made our front and backyards beautiful. Our yard looks great, we get complements all the time. Victor did an amazing job on the design in our pavers and the pergola. They work well with budgets and are very reliable and easy. to work with.
