Eliu and his team replaced the sod in our backyard - timely / cost effective / thorough - nicely done with attention to detail inclusive of removal and disposal of all materials, leveling of subsurfacing, removing foreign matter, resetting perimeter edging and adjusting and replacing suspect sprinkler heads. Also provided proper watering and fertilizing instruction to ensure success.

Eilu Vivar is amazing! Very, very happy with the job he and his team did landscaping our front lawn. On time, very professional, and very nice! He listened to what we wanted and worked very hard to make it perfect! Highly recommend - he's done a lot of the yards in our neighborhood, and now I know why. Eliu Vivar made a daunting task seem like such an easy experience! I got several other quotes but Eliu was the most affordable and honest. He listed to what I wanted, gave some suggestions, and took care of the rest. He was on time every day and responded quickly to any questions or concerns. My backyard turned out beautiful, and was finished on budget, and ahead of schedule. Can't thank Eliu and his crew enough for the great job they did!
