They understood the job that was needed to be done and did not over promise. Most important, they were on time, on budget. The work was done in a condo high-rise. Building personnel said they left the building clean, put their vehicles where asked and were agreeable to work with.

Vision themselves took great care of me and did everything they can do make sure I was taken care of. The sub-contractor they hired for the fencing project was sub-par and did not show up all the time to fix the fence, but Vision did everything they could to fix this for me. Thank you to Michael and his brother for the extra effort when needed. The roofing and siding sub-contractor was also great same day they took down and put up new material.

It was good to know that one of the owners of the business used to be an insurance adjuster. So when my home was hit by the tornado I had someone who knew the process and made this easier. It also helped that my insurance adjuster knew this man and had worked with him in the past and could recommend him.

Testing proved we did not have asbestos. We ended up hiring Vision for smoke remediation. Our son was a chain smoker whose condo was completely covered with cigarette tar. He had been trying to quit, but the smoke odor made it difficult for him. Home Advisor gave me some suggestions. We signed a contract with Vision Building Group & Environmental Services, a construction and restoration company which specializes in cleaning up after fires. Michael Blanchard, who gave us a detailed estimate, was extremely knowledgeable and explained the process in detail. He was meticulous in keeping track of the work and the workers. All were friendly, thorough, and accommodating. The process took a little longer than expected, but that is common when sub-contractors are involved. We would highly recommend this company. They do quality work, and it was indeed a pleasure working with them.

Keith responded very quickly and provided me with a detailed scope of work. Once awarded the job his crew came out and professionally removed my mold for about 2800 square feet of crawl space. He kept me informed at all times where they were at in the remediation process. He also would also make stops by the home to ensure equipment was still operating properly. At the beginning my crawl was a diaster from mold and moisture. When the finished it looked excellent. I would highly recommend Vision Bldg Group
