Not happy at all, projects were not completed and work was substandard and poor quality with pictures to support these comments. I would not recommend this "contractor" at all. Based on other reviews there are those who have had the same experience.

They took our down payment and cashed it and then proceeded to do nothing at all. When we complained, they said they would return our money. They have not. Home Advisor only hurts themselves by recommending people like this on its web site.

I hired them to paint my 2nd floor deck, which they did, but they promised to come back within 2-3 days and return the picnic table and fountain to the deck where they were before the project and they never showed up. I have called several times and left messages but have gotten no response. They also used my aluminum ladder without permission and it got covered in the deck paint.

I spoke with Ted for over an hour and outlined projects I wanted done. I thought he was a great guy. He wrote up a very fair proposal. However, after I read a number of negative reviews I spoke with him about the reviews. He told me they had all been made by a former business associate and were meant to discredit him. I suggested we go ahead with one job...he never called and never showed up. End of story.

He was quick respond for an estimate and showed up for an estimate in a very reasonable time frame. His estimate was very reasonable and we hired to do the work in a short time in the future (at our request). He could have performed it within the next few days if we were ready.

I called at 2:07 to schedule an appointment for someone to come out and install 4 window AC units. He was there by 2:30!! I have never seen such a response time! The owner is very nice and took the time to review all details of what I needed before we started. He finished my project quickly, cleanly and was very affordable. I will have this company in my speed dial from now on!

Part way through the job their truck broke down. I had left earlier and paid in full. They never returned to finish the job of hauling furniture and junk. Ted never even responded to my last attempt to reach out to him. One week later things are still sitting on my patio and my lawn.
