David responded to my call and promised he would come out even on the eve of Thanks Giving. He did an excellent job. His rate was reasonable and he was very professional.

David Miles is not reliable or trustworthy. He does not complete his work and refuses to return unearned money. He also refused to return my house key and garage door opener. He gives Handymen a bad name. DO NOT HIRE HIM!.

David is not reliable. He makes promises he doesn't keep and when you catch him to express your disappointment, he dismisses your concerns. Although very polite, this contractor David bragged about how he had be trained to remove and lay various types of tile flooring. NOT TRUE! First, he did not complete the job, secondly, he complained and whined about the process of laying the porcelain tile and all it involved. He didn't have the equipment as he originally said to do the job and gave me a five day for completion, but after six weeks I decided to let him go. He would promise to come and would not show up and if he did it was only for a couple of hours. He told me that he would rescreen my custom sized patio screen door; he took it away to do the work at his house and as of this writing I still have not received the screen. To me that seems like thief. I was/am very disappointed in the work. If you have a small project then he may be the person for you, anything more than making door adjustments or changing light bulbs, this is not your guy. I ultimately had to bring in a new contractor to redo most of the work he had done and of course everything cost me more than what I budgeted. He's nice, but beware of large projects with him, you will be disappointed. I am also disappointed with you Home Advisor, he was someone you referred and I selected him based off of your recommendation.

Mr David came out to assemble our kids swingset. He came back for 3 days until it was complete. Very motivated and dependable. We would definitely recommend his services to others. Thanks Mr David for your hard work!!

Everything was great

I hired Mr. David to help us hang a couple of picture frames. Mr. David took his time completing the job, and he did a very good job in hanging our heavy picture frame over the fireplace. His price is also much better compared to some other places i called for a quote. Will definitely work with him for our future home projects
