Elk Grove Tree Service

Elk Grove Tree Service is an awesome tree service. Our neighbor hired them to prune and shape a huge tree in his backyard where branches hung over into our yard. The owner, Steve came over to talk to us and get permission to enter our yard. He was very nice, professional and thoughtful. We asked if his team could prune and shape a tree in our front yard as well as cut back 3 trees hanging over our back fence. He gave us an immediate quote and was able to complete the job along with our neighbors tree job the same day. Steve explained exactly what we could expect and was very helpful. The entire team was very professional, nice, careful and did an amazing job. They did a great job cleaning up and even made sure our pool remained clean and clear of leaves and twigs We we extremely happy with their service from start to completion. We highly recommend Elk Grove Tree Service and will definitely use them in the future.

Steve was Johnny on the spot . I had a large tree branch break off and just missed my car. His crew did a thorough job and cleaned up as well . I will be using them again .

I called Steve on a Sunday morning after a wind storm blew down a tree in my back yard and was leaning on my house. He was on his way back from LA but said he could stop by and look the tree. As promised he came by about 8:00 at night and looked at the tree and offered a solution to the problem. We agreed he could come by Tuesday and take down the tree for an extremely reasonable price. About noon on Monday, Steve called me and said he was finishing a job early near my home and could come by that day and take down the tree. Since the tree was leaning on the house and could possibly fall into it, he took extra steps to protect my house while his crew made quick work of taking down the tree and protecting my house and working safely. I bought a bank owned property . I had 3 30' trees removed. The tree roots had damaged the driveway and the foundation was at risk. I was amazed at how quickly they worked and cleaned up. The guy that was going to grind the stumps didn't make it out until a couple of days later. Steve was prompt in notifying me of the delay and said I didn't have to pay until the job was done. Not all of the roots were ground down due to the location next to the concrete. I was told that when I get the concrete removed, they would come back out...no additional charge! These guys were awesome and very reasonable. I highly recommend Elk Grove Tree.
