It's been a few months and the project is still not completed. Tim (the installer) left the job 90% complete and again I can not contact him. I'm out of time with the county now and may have to resubmitt for permits. I have asked service magic for another recommendation to finish the work but recieved no calls.

Really hard to schedule- Afterfirst day on the job was stood up several times by workers. Missed several days of work waiting for contractors that never showed. When the finally showed the work was done in a reasonable amount of time and done well.

I would never in a million years recomend this company for any job. They not only started the job 3 weeks late, but then wanted more money to complete the job. After they submitted a writen change order and i agreed to the changes, they took my money and never completed the job. They also did not pay the supplier of the materials and the supplier then leaned the job and i had to not only pay for the materials, but also had to hire another company to finish the job.

These people are FRAUDS do not hire....stole $1300.00 from me and my wife!!!! Pretended to be a legitimate company, and followed through with nothing! Do not attempt to hire these theifs! Being stolen from is a violating expierence I wish on nobody. Please DO NOT HIRE!!!!!!!!

Home Improvement store gave them the wrong order or shorted them three times. They started on Tuesday were supposed to be done on Wednesday and they did not finish until the following Monday. Many days they showed up late to work or meet with me. The quality of the fence looks great and they were very courteous.

The contractor charged my credit without my authority and without completing the project. Multiple attempts to fix the issue has been made without success. Payment is currently being disputed.

We hired them 2 days ago to build our shed. We gave them 50% deposit with the agreement that they would start the next day. They failed to show up & didn't call to notify us. After many phone calls on our part, we finally reached them. They were to show up the next day and the same thing happened. We stopped payment on our check & will find another contractor.

We had a terrible experience with this company. After trying to work with them for weeks and weeks, we finally had to file a complaint with the BBB and attorney general, and we've hired a lawyer to get our money back, which they took without providing any service what so ever. In my opinion, they have tainted your business as well, considering that I can no longer trust the companies I find through your site. I love your business model, but you need to do a better job of checking out the companies you promote. Thanks.

Elk River Enterprises guarantees not only their price but their work as well. I was more than impressed with their professionalism and their communication - they called me rather than me trying to track them down. If I had any work that required their expertise, they would be first on my list to call. Thank you Elk River for your outstanding work.

New employee sent to finish job that my son and I started(laminate flooring). Our work was better than his. There was 1-2 inch gaps from the wall and laminate that was chipped or damaged during installation remained (even though there was excess material). Not only was the trash not removed but I also had to clean up his work area (my garage). I notified the company about these shortcomings and 8 days later I am still waiting to have the work redone.

This company failed to deliver me what they have promised. They never finished the work or supply me my materials which I have paid them for. They never returned any of my phone calls or emails. The work that was performed by the company will have to be completed redone due to poor workmanship. Also, they still have a set of my condo keys which I have request to be returned immediately, which they have not return back to me.

The tech who did the job was very polite and friendly, but he could not match the texture of the existing wall. He also left a mess that I had to cleaned, so as not to ruin my new flooring. I called the company, and the owner and tech came back that evening and worked and worked for a long time trying to get the texture to match, but it still was noticeable to me
