They came out to help me on a Friday Night at 10:00pm when the Temp outside was -2 degrees and my furnace has stopped working. I cannot thank them enough for their OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER CARE and CONCERN for me and my ailing wife. Mr Elkins was able to instruct me on how to keep the house warm and temporarily got my old furnace working enough to get thru the weekend when he could get the correct replacement furnace ordered. They came out first thing Monday morning and promptly replaced my old(24 years) furnace. THANKS A MILLION Mr. Elkins and his crew. I will happily recommend Elkins to all my friends and family. I heard of Elkins thru a referral from a friend of mine who had their heating and air conditioning replaced using Elkins company and they were VERY SATISFIED and thus recommended them when I asked them who they used.
