Very considerate, timely, cleaned up any messes made, worked hard to complete job to my satisfaction, and I was satisfied with price quote, I e , reasonable. I called for an estimate. He arrived at 6 PM and gave me an estimate even lower than a previously quoted estimate from Angie and said he would at least start the project this same evening. By 10 PM he had finished and I eagerly paid him and was impressed by his courtesy, work ethic, diligence and professionalism. I could not be happier with the work done. He will be called for any future electrician needs I have, commercial or home.

William knows his stuff. We had him upgrade my parents house to 200amp panel. We also had recess lighting done in living room, many electrical outlets installed including outdoor lighting in storage shed and side garage. We had snags here and there but William took care of them. We are very satisfied customers.

"Emergency situation of this homeowner. Helped with swamp cooler and an emergency circuit.The technician I referred to assist with this did all he could do to get this 1.5 ton system to work. System overworked, error code. She thought she bought a 2 ton unit, not the case. Tech support not available, unit bought in Mexico.US office will not service this unit. I am trying to reach the technical assistance phone number in Mexico but the voicemail is full and not accepting any more messages. I apologize for your dissatisfaction, and we will continue to reach out to Mexico and see if they can assist you with your units issues."
