They are very trustworthy, they have to code to my home and I never worry about the safety of my belongings. Their communication is clear and fast. Ella's has been cleaning my personal home for well over a year and I have been very pleased with the service; the ladies who do the work are kind, pleasant and beautiful people; and the price is fair. Prior to Ella's I worked with the same gal for over 20 years so was very worried about bringing someone new into my home however I completely trust them and have not missed my previous cleaners at all. Ella's also did a commercial cleaning at a new townhouse I built for rental. This was an arduous task as lots of workers leaving a trail from their work including windows, closets, cabinets, etc. Ella's did a great job and again at a fair price. They are reliable, I've never had a cancellation from them and the work is always consistent. They even do something's my previous cleaner did not do. I would definitely recommend them and many of my neighbors also hire their services. In fact they were referred to me by a neighbor.
