This company is a JOKE! They installed hardwood floating flooring in my home per their recommendations and when you walk on it, you can see and feel it move, it's like walking on a cushioned, unleveled floor, and you can hear puffs of air coming thru the planks. It's obvious part of the problem is the slab wasn't properly leveled. Al Elliott came to look at it, recognized the problems but played dumb and clueless and claimed it wasn't their fault. Said he would check on manufacturer warranties and would keep us posted, but he never did and doesn't respond to my texts. I would never use Elliot Carpet and Tile again nor would I recommend to anyone. I thought they were an experienced and reputable flooring company but I was dead wrong.

A pleasure to work with.

I was impressed because unlike Home Depot, they do not charge to come out on first visit. They brought along lots of samples and I picked it out without having to leave my house. You could say they make house calls !

It was such a pleasure to do business with this company, everyone that I encountered was extremely courteous , knowledgeable and professional, I would recommend them to anyone and when the time comes I will certainly be calling on them again.

Al Elliot is a Professional to whom you can entrust Your Home. The technicians he uses Are careful, considerate and take great pride in Their work. The results were more than satisfactory to my wife and me. I highly recommend Al Elliot without any reservations.

Installed new wood floors in the bedrooms. Team was very professional, efficient, and clean. They did have to come back for touch ups, but that is expected. Would hire again without question.

Everyone was very nice and helped beyond their project. They disassembled and reassembled a refrigerator to get it out of the room in order to refinish the floors.

Added carpet to stairs for noise control but pleasantly surprised at how beautiful it looks besides being functional.

This is a family owned business and the care that they take with customers shows why they have been in business so long. Although they were a bit more expensive than others the service they provided made it worthwhile. Lovely folks to work with.

Mr. Al was excellent to work with. He was reasonable and was not an aggressive salesperson. Once the flooring was chosen, his crew did a fantastic job and went above and beyond. I am very happy and would use them again.
