The service man was great to talk with on the phone, showed up exactly on time, and was pleasant throughout the experience. It is so refreshing to find a competent, punctual knowledgeable "friend" to help in time of need. Oh, did I mention reasonable? YES ! I've already told some of my friends about this company.
