They were fast and efficient. I called them at about 10:30AM and was advised someone (their names) would be here within the hour. Unbeknownst to me they had just finished a job and were here in about 10 minutes after I called. They fixed the air on the heat pump and were gone within 30 minutes. The price quoted was very reasonable and they wouldn t take my money, saying I would get a bill. They were fast, efficient and courteous and answered all my questions. I would recommend them highly for any heat and air problem. My Trane is about 9 years old. I will have them service it yearly from now on. I m thankful to Home Advisor for giving me 3 references and Willis Mechanical Services responded immediately that they could come right away. I m a happy senior citizen whose home is cool now. They called right away. Were here the next morning very knowledgeable on our system found and resolved the problem quickly. Very polite easy to work with great people would recommend them to anyone. Thanks for a job well done quickly.

They were wonderful they cam in a n hour and a half and showed up right on time got the job done quick and the A/C runs like new! I was just AMAZED!

Came out then next day, serviced my HVAC system, and found the low air flow problem in one room. Got parts and finished job on 2nd day. Great job! Some contractors need repeated calls to get them to do anything, but Ellis Mechanical was a superb professional that I highly recommend.
