It all started out fine. We needed someone to rebuild a wall between our kitchen and master bathroom after a slab leak which revealed water rot and termite damage. The part of the crew that did that were great. They showed upon time , worked hard and did a good job.Then it all went downhill. Linda, the company owner gave me an estimate for the tile job and after getting a couple of other quotes , I decided to hire them for my bathroom remodel and for the tile job since the wall turned out well and her written quote was thorough, itemized and reasonable. DO NOT HIRE THEM TO DO TILE! THEY DO NOT HAVE A CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING! The first time,the owners son was "learning" how to do tile from the owner's boyfriend and left that day thinking that the really crappy job on the tile was somehow passable. It was not and I asked Linda to come look at it since she hadn't been around or in contact for a few days. She decided it should be redone. They had to replace the 3 1/2 boxes of tile that they ruined. Linda seems to have lots of problem/issues with her phone which makes her pretty hard to get in touch with a lot of the time which really bogged down the project as well. The shower floor was redone and looked okay the second time around. It turned out not to be sloped correctly and now water puddles in a 12 inch in diameter depression in the shower pan before it reaches the drain.. They came back to try to fix the spot but just took up that area of tile and added concrete to bump it up, I guess. It didn't work and now I'm left with a cold icy puddle every morning if the spot isn't carefully scraped and squeegeed after every time you shower. They put up the shower door crooked and were okay with that. I wasn't. They rehung the shower door and now it scrapes and sticks and doesn't close right. I want my shower to be right and paid a lot of money to have it done. Funny,somehow Linda's phone isn't working again. I texted her about the shower still not being right. She said they would send a "tile expert"over to check it out. Strange how that tile expert wasn't available when I was getting my tile done OVER A 2 MONTH PERIOD. All communication stopped when I asked for the "tile expert's" name so I could check their credentials. So here I am with a shower that looks okay but doesn't work properly. I want an actual tile expert to come fix it and charge them for the repairs. They took forever (October 31 to Dec 31) showed up hours late most of the time and wasted so much tile it was ridiculous.The son sprayed grout all over when he was mixing it in the house and now i have it on my new dresser and my antique table from my deceased Grandma. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE!

Scott responded quickly to our call and started the projects right away. They were here in a timely fashion and installed new wood trim and fascia boards on the front of the house, installed a door from the garage to the side yard and made 3 gates for us. They asked if what they were doing was what we wanted done and were willing to change anything we had a question on. We will keep their number handy if we have more handy man work to be done.

Scott is punctual and his work is quick and precise. I’m impressed with his professionalism.

They do not return phone calls or text messages after repeated attempts. I have an issue with some work done and have been trying to get a response back from them for two weeks. They are nice people, but because of this lack of response, I would not use or recommend them again.

Outstanding quality and customer service. Like working with a good friend. I made a few changes and they reacted very professionally and with understanding. The crew worked on two properties for us and did a terrific job on both. I would definitely use them again. They were professional and courteous. I felt very comfortable with them. 2 workers showed up to install 3 pre-hung doors. They introduced themselves, got right to work, and cleaned up after themselves. I'm very pleased with the result.

I would say that they are not thoughtful in their work. At the end of the first day instead of sweeping up the sawdust and small chips of wood at the site of the repair, they instead used a power blower to blow the sawdust over my entire patio. Made no sense! When replacing the main patio column they cut and hammered the concrete before finally determining that they should just install a brace that they can bolt into the concrete slab. Consequently I have unnecessary cuts and breaks in the concrete where the post is. Then they insist on my paying them for the unnecessary work. To avoid problems I came to an agreement to pay most of what they asked for but I will never hire them again!

Hired them to work on my closet which is very old, they moved the shelves like I asked but one the wood braces was cracked. when the put utility door closet back on they should have put hinges in another spot not the same area door was falling off. It just wasn't the quality work that I though I would get, even though they did give me a veteran discount I am very unhappy work, and I am trying to repair what was not done right

The owner, Linda Ellis & her crew are truly incredible, professional, responsive & highly qualified to do just about anything you'll need. I'm retired & at 70 could do most of these projects but the body won't do what my mind wants. So I'm very particular & knowledgeable & "sincerely recommend these guys, no need to look any further, I'm saving you a lot of stress & headaches from people that don't call you back or even show up when they say they will."
